These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BibleOffice mobile applications and related services (the "Services") operated by Marberx Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes.
The Services are licensed to you, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur through your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it when necessary.
Some Apps may offer lifetime or one-time purchases. Once purchased, premium features remain available under the same App Store or Google Play account, subject to applicable platform policies.
Some Apps may offer monthly, yearly, or other recurring subscriptions.
Payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective policies. We do not directly process store refunds.
If you reinstall an App or change devices using the same store account, you may be able to restore eligible previous purchases using the Restore Purchase feature.
Certain Apps may include AI-powered features such as chat assistance, explanations, summaries, prayer assistance, or scripture guidance.
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on AI-generated responses.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when these Terms, applicable Community Guidelines, platform rules, or applicable laws are violated.
Certain Services may include a community feature known as the "Prayer Wall" that allows users to submit prayer requests or other community content ("User Content").
Prayer Wall posts are intended to be shared with other users. You should therefore treat information submitted to the Prayer Wall as community-facing content and should not post information that you want to keep private or confidential.
Depending on the feature, User Content may include a prayer title, prayer details, category, selected duration, and other information you voluntarily provide.
You are responsible for the User Content you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to submit it.
You should avoid posting highly sensitive personal information, including passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, precise private addresses, private medical records, or personal information about another individual without authorization.
You must not submit content that:
Additional Community Guidelines may apply to Prayer Wall participation. Where presented within the Services, those Community Guidelines form part of the rules governing your use of community features.
You may be required to acknowledge the applicable Terms and Community Guidelines before submitting your first Prayer Wall post.
You retain ownership of User Content that you create.
By submitting User Content through a community feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, process, moderate, and make that content available through the Services as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, improve, and provide the community feature.
This license is limited to operating and supporting the Services and does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.
We may use automated systems and/or human review to help identify abuse, spam, harmful content, or violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated in every instance, to review, restrict, hide, reject, or remove User Content that we reasonably believe violates our rules, applicable law, platform requirements, or the safety of the community.
We may also restrict or suspend users who repeatedly or seriously violate these rules.
Where available, users may report inappropriate User Content or block other users. Reports may be reviewed for moderation, security, and enforcement purposes.
The Prayer Wall is intended to support community prayer and encouragement. We do not guarantee that a prayer request will receive responses, interactions, or any particular outcome.
Except for User Content submitted by users, content within the Services, including software, graphics, branding, designs, audio, original text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Marberx Technologies Pvt Ltd or its applicable licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected portions of the Services.
Free versions of certain Apps may display advertisements. Paid versions may remove some or all advertisements depending on the applicable product.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party advertisers or external websites.
We may temporarily suspend or interrupt the Services for maintenance, security, updates, technical improvements, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always operate without interruptions or errors.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We disclaim warranties to the extent such disclaimers are permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marberx Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or platform requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will include an updated effective date.
For material changes, including significant changes affecting community features or User Content, we may notify you within the Services and may require you to acknowledge or accept the updated version before continuing to use certain features.
Where legally permitted, continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
