Some Apps offer lifetime or one-time purchases. Once purchased, premium features remain available under the same App Store or Google Play account, subject to platform policies.

All payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.
If you reinstall the App or change devices using the same store account, you may restore previous purchases using the Restore Purchase feature.
Certain Apps may include AI-powered features such as chat assistance, explanations, summaries, or scripture guidance.
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.

Free versions of certain Apps may display advertisements. Paid versions remove advertisements.
We are not responsible for third-party advertisements or linked content.
We may temporarily suspend or interrupt the Services for maintenance, updates, technical improvements, or security reasons without liability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marberx Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
